Since 2021, McNabb Microfarm has provided Coastal Bend chefs, restaurants, and food-lovers alike with the most nutrient-dense produce around. Grown in our 190sqft vertical farm, our microgreens, edible flowers, and hydroponic herbs use less space and water than traditional farming. We grow using solar power and make deliveries in our electric car, using natural pest-control methods, and minimizing waste by composting used soil and dehydrating, pickling, or donated leftover microgreens.
Delivered Fresh
We deliver your microgreens fresh to your kitchen, home or office weekly or biweekly, every Friday and Saturday. Greens are harvested and delivered within 24 hours!

What started as a microgreens farm has transformed into so much more! We offer edible flowers and hydroponic herbs, greens powders, "Super Seasonings," homemade spiced made with dried microgreens plus local and organic ingredients, pickled microgreens, and a variety of custom vegan baked goods and ready-to-eat foods such as our Micro Salads!
